T he new Emergency Department building is nearly finished, but a building is not a hospital building without medical equipment. Therefore, MSF has transferred EUR 25,000 as an advance to St. Kizito to purchase medical equipment in advance. A total of EUR 43,000 is available for the Emergency Department inventory. In May 2025, with the help of a private sponsor, furniture, Wi-Fi hubs, telephones, etc., were already shipped for the new Emergency Department in a 20 ft. shipping container.
